Effective October 1st, 2007, Ross Products will be the sole-source provider of standard infant formula to WIC participants in the State of Delaware. Ross will provide Similac Advance and Similac Isomil Advance to elligible WIC participants who will be purchasing these contract infant formulas at WIC authorized retailers located throughout Delaware.
